Inspired by the artisan breads of Italy's Tuscany region, this Italian toast will be served with the chef's creative specialties.

Nutella Ferrero
Hazelenut spread with skim milk and cocoa for a sweet sensation.

Bite-sized pierogi with extra-virgin olive oil and vegetables.

Stuffed cherry peppers with prosciutto and provolone.

Cucumber Rounds with Smoked Salmon Mousse
Sprinkled with Bleu Cheese.

Grilled Sausage
Cooked until crispy brown on the outside and sliced diagonally into short chunks for serving.

Asparagus Stalks
Asparagus covered with herbed cheese and wrapped with prosciutto ham or genuine Smithfiled Smoked and Pepper Coated Ham.
